Hello NBE Visitor, Thanks for your continued patronage during these past few months. Anyhow many of you have been coming back to check the NBE site for updates and more and yet nothing new has changed, since that is true I will be attempting a new plan for the development of NBE. I will be putting a new plan into a test were you the viewers run NBE through your own computers. Updating, writing, and managing the content with of course some moderation! In order to start such a program we will be in need of some support from the NBE user to make all of this possible.
